1. Carrier Delays & Force Majeure
[LUMINA] is not liable for any delivery delays caused by third-party courier services, customs clearance processes, weather conditions, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including, but not limited to, natural disasters, national emergencies, or postal strikes). Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed.
2. Risk of Loss
All products purchased from [LUMINA] are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery of the package to the shipping carrier.
3. International Customs, Duties, and Taxes
[LUMINA] is not responsible for any customs clearance charges, import duties, taxes, or additional fees levied by the destination country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.
4. Unclaimed Packages & Address Errors
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address provided by the customer, or because the package was unclaimed, the customer will be responsible for all costs associated with re-shipping the order. Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
